LEGO Voyagers Co-op & Multiplayer
LEGO Voyagers requires exactly two human players. A pair can share one PC or console in same-screen local co-op, or connect online from two devices. Both players control small bricks that can roll, jump, attach to pieces, and combine their actions to build routes through the campaign. The camera remains shared during local play rather than dividing the display into split-screen views.

Does LEGO Voyagers support crossplay?
A post-launch update on December 9, 2025 enabled cross-platform online co-op among PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. Both partners need free Epic Accounts for cross-platform invitations, including when the guest uses Friend's Pass. Light Brick Studio lists Steam Deck as the exception to cross-platform support.

Cross-generation support
The current crossplay system connects PS4 with PS5 and Nintendo Switch with Switch 2. Light Brick Studio also says a PS4 purchase includes the PS5 version, while Switch owners can obtain the Switch 2 version through a free owners discount. These same-family combinations are cross-generation play, even though the broader online system also supports crossplay between different platform families.

How many copies does your group need?
1 with Friend's Pass
Same-screen local co-op needs one full copy on the shared PC or console and two compatible controllers. Online partners can use two full copies or one full copy plus the free Friend's Pass edition for the invited player. Each online player needs the applicable platform account, and cross-platform partners need free Epic Accounts.
Can one owner bring a guest?
Yes, with Friend's Pass
Yes. One owner can invite a second online player who installs the free Friend's Pass edition. The guest can join the complete campaign and can use crossplay, but both players need Epic Accounts for a cross-platform session and console memberships still apply.
Which online memberships apply?
Console online membership
Local co-op needs no online membership. Online PlayStation play requires PlayStation Plus, Xbox console multiplayer requires an eligible Xbox Game Pass tier, and online Nintendo play requires Nintendo Switch Online. PC players need internet access and the applicable store accounts but no paid platform multiplayer subscription.
